Hi, I’m Andrea

I’m a full-stack web developer at 7Gen. My current tech stack is NextJS, React, Material UI, Prisma, MongoDB.

Before switching career to web dev, I got a PhD in Comparative Literature and worked as an Italian teacher for universities, non-profits and government organizations. I designed digital textbooks and online courses that encourage learners to develop their own curiosity and agency.

In my free time, I enjoy all kinds of gaming: board games, videogames and, above all, tabletop role-playing games (TTRPGs). My other passions are media (film, TV, sci-fi/fantasy fiction), productivity and personal knowledge management.

I’m originally from Verona, Italy, and I am currently based in Vancouver, Canada.
